Menu bar controls not working.

Hey there,
Well, the subject says it pretty much. After just using the computer for a while the menu bar controls stop working, and I have to restart Synergy to get it to work again... for a little while. I can still right click on the play/paus button tough to get that menu. I don't really know what this could possibly be. I'm using 10.3.8 with Synergy 1.72 and iTunes 4.71. The floater and hot keys are working nicely, no problems there. I really wouldn't know what else to tell you about this problem, but as you can guess it's pretty annoying.
