Key bindings not working

    Hello, love this plugin. Thank you for the continued active development. I'm using Vim, not MacVim, on OSX Lion and having problems with certain key bindings. The two in particular that are not working for me:

    <C-s> open the selected file in a new split window <C-v> open the selected file in a new vertical split window
