Self-relaunching
Synergy Advance can now optionally self-relaunch if a user makes changes which require it. I was quite pleased to see that after writing a stack of code to do this in one go it all worked on the very first try, no tweaking required.

Some clean-up of WOSudo and using a 10.3-only feature on it; additions to NSDictionary category; nice UI for turning the Dock icon on and off.

New WOBezel classes
Added WOSplashWindow class (useful not only for splash windows but about windows too) and moved common functionality up the class hierarchy into new WOWindow class.
